Trump's Org's debt. You would be too when Trump declares bankruptcy like breathing AND then tells the world he's still rich as hell. How do you sell that story to future debt holders?

While investment banks / buyside will do their due diligence on the credibility of management ... the 10K is still the underlying basis of our valuations going forward. The past financials / covenants in the prospectus are important in any deal. That's where we base our models.
