I'd agree with that. I'd too expect investors to go after Mazar's for any

losses.

This is America, dammit. Lawyers would be looking closely at this for any potential big claims.

It's also important to note how different the rules here are for the Trump Org because it is a civil case, not criminal. Preponderance of evidence where pleading the 5th as they've done in the past can be considered as part of the jury's conclusion. Any litigation against Mazar's would follow the same civil rules of engagement.
