I'm sure that's true. If this goes anywhere at all, and I'm very skeptical

that it will, it would have to be available to all people of certain means. The test needs to be based on means, not race, and if blacks are disproportionately poor, they will "benefit" disproportionately too. I think Kamala and Liz are falling over each other to come up with something that looks like reparations for the woke crowd in the primaries. As a confirmed dem voter in this election, because I'm about anything but populist nationalism, I'm going to have to be prepared to hold my nose, probably quite a bit.

It would still be a very bad idea if it were based on means. And I suspect would hurt more poor people than it helps over time.
