Of course we haven't alleviated inequalities created by centuries of

systematic racism. I would never suggest that's the case. But back to the original post, I don't think Intel is systematically discriminating against blacks. I DO suspect they systematically "discriminate" against non-engineers. And 3.5% of engineer graduates are black. That's not Intel's fault.

And you're spot on with your last point. Our company eliminated our diversity policy after Trump was elected.
