The NBA is hardly a good analogy. Its a rich boys toy club, where the ..

..owners are a select club of billionaires and where the highest wage earners are......the players, not the coach, not management, etc. Its upside down from normal business.

I don't dispute that gender and race disparity exist in major business, and as the poster said, the Senate (of all places where ass kissing and who you know matters, there probably isn't a better example than the Senate), but the problem is talking about this issue using a high tech engineering firm.
