Good ideas but too many moving parts
Try as we may we cant seem to really change behaviors in this country. The whole nation is set up to have bad behaviors in how we live, commute, eat that i dont think it will really ever change. Tax some of the bad stuff enough and you just create an underground black market to subvert the efforts, to SOME degree anyway. Probably best to try to emulate countries with lower per person costs that are most similar to the U.S., and really that is just Canada or maybe Australia. We have a ton more people yes but some of what they are doing has got to be adaptable/scalable yes?
