I will await the forthcoming plan from republicans to address climate change needs by reallocating stuff.

Sarcasm aside, I think people "praise" the private sector a bit too much for being efficient. The private sector isnt that efficient. The private sector spends money poorly at times. The private sector loses money at times. The both have their roles but the binary "private sector efficient, government inefficient" theme isnt that black and white imo.
