I agree completely. The COP escalated the shit out of that

encounter really quickly. Yes, in an ideal world, everyone complies 100% with every command and with no resistance whatsoever, but encounters with police are stressful situations, and I'd imagine they are particularly stressful for a black man, and so people don't always think clearly in these types of situations, and the natural tendency when manhandled or pushed is to tense up. The cops can't just beat down citizens in these situations. That cop should be fired. I don't want someone walking around with a badge and a gun that can't handle a situation better than that.
