I will have to look at it again later and I only watched the little bit

after escalation. I did read some of the article and it appears the cop at a certain point used excessive force for an excessive amount of time

I did not really see a reason to pull him over on the right turn which the cop said was the reason.

The cop said it was registered to someone with a suspended license which the passenger said it was her car.

The driver did not comply real quickly after having no ID or answering if he had a warrant.

People with big time warrants tend to run. If the guy has a big time warrant it will help the cops case, but certainly not the extra beat he was given..

The cops defense will be he was following Trump's orders and never heard he was joking (:>).
