For a person with a normal psychological makeup it would be.

Trump is the guy who didn't hesitate to compromise his press sec's and his own integrity insisting that his inaugural crowd was bigger than O's. What freak would think that a worthwhile trade off? In his first act as president! Only one who pushes narcissism to the extremes of human nature.

So as I see it, Trump is either pulling a "look over there!" because he thinks he's guilty of something, or he is so abnormally narcissistic that he subordinates national interests and security to people's impressions of his big win - "I did it all by myself mommy! I didn't need no Russian help!"

Whichever of those two options is the case (and I think we have to presume innocence of crimes, not personality disorders), I don't know how anyone votes for this clown.
