Well, that was 5 paragraphs of grade A Trumpie snowflakery.

If I had a box of virtual tissues, I'd hand some to you.

You got the whole Russian narrative thing backwards. Trump created the narrative of Russian collusion during the campaign, when he encouraged additional spying by the Russians after the wikileaks stuff. In a way that certainly would have brought calls of treason from every Trumpie on the planet if Hill had said it. Trump was so outraged over the narrative that he himself unleashed that he couldn't stand it and fired Comey, which gave us Mueller, and turned the narrative into reality. Hoodafan tear streaked snowflake #1 - blame the evil media all you want, but they followed Trump's lead every step of the way. This is mostly about national security for those of us not obsessed over Trump's impeachment prospects - and there are just as many Trumpies as anti-Trumpies who are obsessed by that. That's my biggest problem with the Mueller investigation - it has skewed the focus away from NS. But that's Trump's fault - 100%.

Hoodafan tear streaked snowflake #2 - it's just been so long without any evidence out of Mueller. Sorry, wipe your eyes and blow your nose, and hunker down for the long haul. The Starr investigation is your precedent - you got years to go, potentially, and the thing that damages Trump most may not even have happened yet, like BJ-gate, which didn't happen until years into the investigation. If only Trump hadn't fired Comey. But he did, so your complaints are with him and the nature of high level special prosecutor actions.

And my favorite hooda snowflake - the inaugural crowds. The point here isn't really the gyrations Spicer went through and how the press called him on it, prompting him to change spin, etc. The issue is, who cares? When has any president even weighed in on his inaugural crowd sizes? They're typically supposed to have more important things to worry about. It was the Trump Admin's chosen first point of emphasis in their first press conference. They invited the scrutiny they got, and to everyone aside from the most committed Trumpies, it was a joke. An SNL comedy routine. No reason for that except for the admin's chosen points of emphasis. And inability to let it go.

Kind of like his inability to leave Comey at arm's length to do his job, regardless of the warnings from his own inner circle about what firing him would bring. As enjoyable as it can be to watch Trumpies twist themselves creatively to find scapegoats, everything you whined about emanates from "His Orangeness the Don - the Reality Show" - and absolutely nothing else.
