And how could they spy on that citizen when the FBI already had her server,

she and her team had already deleted all those emails, and the server had been wiped (be it by bleachbit or "like with a cloth")? Could Trump change their ability or inability to do that, no matter what he said at a rally? So what exactly was his "openly advocating" doing in terms of changing that again? Because yes, let's focus on that, because it's so much more important than the fact that Hillary deleted the damn emails in the first place, and what was in those emails.
