I don't know... the majority of the countries are in the high teens to


high 20s. And other than a few known tax havens (newer ones like ireland, hungary... and then the traditional ones like Cayman islands, Guernsey, Bahamas, etc), there hasn't really been a race to the bottom.

I'm not even 100% convinced we need to tax corporations. The distribution to owners (i.e. dividends) could just be taxed as ordinary income without the argument of double taxation. Plus, corporate income taxes are less than 10% of total revenues, so it's not like the "race to the bottom" would be that damaging to revenues.
