Im not going to get into a thing today, but the drop-off in Milwaukee,
Detroit and Philly had everything to do with 1. voter suppression 2. Lack of excitement about Hillary and nothing to very little to do with resentment over Bernie's defeat.
I can't find the source and am not interested in doing so right now, but I read recently that 82% of Bernie primary voters voted for Hillary in the general. That source indicated that that is a typical number, if anything on the high side.. Bernie himself campaigned fiercely for Hillary. Sometimes 3 events per day.
I do think that bots pretending to be BernieBros had an online presence, but that was just a very sophisticated campaign of rat-fuckery by the GOP, something they've been very goosd at since Nixon's Dirty Trickster unit. I don't think you can blame that on Bernie.
It's an easy narrative though, and one that excuses Clinton for her political malpractice and the DNC for its sleaziness and incompetence. I mean, Podesta's emails coming out via phishing scam? Come on, run a professional organization.
