I was scaled back 20% for about the first 4 weeks, but I got that back when

Phase 1 kicked in in Virginia, so I have personally not missed any time. I do
have knowledge of both my wife and some of my clients offering jobs back to
people who were laid off and they wanted to decline to stay on Unemployment.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work like that in Virginia. They forfeit further UE benefits
if offered their job back, whether they accept or don't accept it.
