I am hearing a slightly higher no questions asked threshold,

$150,000. And I think most companies who took the loans have been conscientiously trying to use the funds in a way that can ensure forgiveness. Certainly there are people who are trying to game the system. I think the biggest flaws in the system were that some large companies probably got loans outside of the spirit of this relief bill, some bank customers got special treatment and were moved to the head of the line in the application process, the initial usage Period was too short but they fixed that, and there’s never ever been complete clarity as to the rules of the game.
