Wage earner levels like you weren't the problem. My son did the same thing

when he took a new position back in early June. (In the restaurant biz, now in Houston of all places) It was still well short of what he was making before Covid, but certainly at or over what UE would've paid him if he waited until after July. (and yes, also gets him back on track for health insurance)

But there are a ton of workers making well less than $50K/yr equivalent. UE should never be a disincentive to working, no matter how many or few it affects. That's just moronic.
