That's a fair point. And in this case because it was it was intended to

just be a short 3 mo window to do just that, I didn't take but so much umbrage when the GOP caved despite Sens Scott, Graham, etc. telling everyone how dumb the principle was. But like VA and some other states did, once those jobs became available again, that window needs to close.
