Psst. The people making $10 an hour before also have a family to feed. They

should be paid more. Maybe if the delta was not so great, they would be incentivized to go back to work.

Assuming there are , of course, plentiful safe jobs out there.

Given what has happened to the restaurant business, I question how many of those jobs are available.
