Its not Obamacare; national Roth HSA instead; step away from single payer

Everyone gets a pot of money to spend. States give you vouchers instead of insurance (ie Medicaid). Then the rush by the Healthcare industry to drain your HSA account and price your insurance above the value of your voucher begins.

Not clear how high risk pools are handled; but I'll wait for the wonks at the CBO.

Unless the CBO score is embarrassing; Mitch can pass this.
