And NK - the potential cost of an intervention is beyond

Catastrophic. Every expert I've seen agrees that could almost instantly escalate to nuclear. Literally 10s of millions (maybe 100s) in multiple countries in harms way. One of which is China, which historically recoils from encirclement by foreign powers and could quickly become an antagonist. And I say this believing NK is responsible for genocide, essentially starving 10% of their population in the 90s to keep their hold on power.

I am confident that we are on a much more constructive path with China in that troubled corner of the world.
