Correct. And even with expanded Medicaid, that would add to the


number because as I understood it, that Medicaid payment shortfall (26% iirc) is included. So I guess it becomes a math problem - of those that would've been covered by Medicaid expansion, is that shortfall greater or lesser than the those patients' pay rate with exchange based plans or uninsured. My uneducated guess would be a lesser increase with Medicaid expansion, but an increase none the less. And I'm not sure it matters since it's just shifting that cost to the Fed and eventually state shared level for the Medicaid payout.
