Not different at all. Supply was not increased dramatically enough to match
the increased demand we knew we were creating with ACA. That effects all of us and seems to be a pretty avoidable blunder. And for those on Medicaid, which we also created increased demand for, we gave them a system with stagnant at best supply and actually decreased to my understanding.
It's also my understanding that here we sit, 8 yrs. after passage, and we still have not made any dramatic changes to the supply chain.
