To answer your post below
Medicaid simply shouldn't have been expanded. The states don't have the money now to pay for the woodwork individuals. And they won't have the money in 2020 when the federal handouts are meaningfully scaled back, and the states are stuck covering more individuals on Medicaid than ever before.
Lowering the threshold for enrollment into a broken system wasn't the answer.
