Looks like Rand Paul is the only Republican who actually cares about

Deficits. Go figure.

What a pathetic bunch of bought and paid for frauds we have in our Congress — they of course punt on the one issue they need to address (DACA) and cowardly beef up “defense” spending (let’s just call it what it is, corporate welfare for companies that donate to Republicans) and various other pet projects.

Worried about inflation? Don’t worry, we’ve got an awesome cut and spend initiative coming that will knock that right out.

Sad. Anyways have said for years that the main reason our democracy is breaking and we have seen near limitless expansion of executive power (whether in a benign way by Obama’s or testing our checks and balances under a wannabe tinpot dictator like the Orange Blob) is the complete and utter failure and betrayal of duty from our legislators — th branch of government our founding fathers believed should have the most power. With this craven bunch of tone deaf tools it’s no wonder people look for a single president to solve all their woes...leading us right to the brink of dictatorship.

End rant, but this is a trend that I have found concerning since even the Clinton era.
