Are you really this stupid, or are you trolling?
I hope the latter.
FTR, I have not "condemned" him in any way. What I have said is there is a serious accusation that affects his candidacy for a very important and sacrosanct position he is a candidate for and literally has no right whatsoever to be confirmed for. If there are any questions about his character the Senate should do its job and vet them thoroughly and, if they cannot be fully resolved, find someone without the character issue. Like it or not, that happens all the time in the professional world. He is not on trial for rape and no one is convicting him. This is about vetting a candidate with a troubling issue in his past.
They of course don't have to do that. They could just say "we don't care" and vote for him, and probably will. Which I find hilarious that you are so far out to lunch you seem to think would help them with women voters in November.
And have you thought for a second that perhaps she is telling the truth and there is a reason "no similar charges were levied" against Ruth fucking Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, even Scalia? Or Roberts, Alito, Gorsuch, Kennedy, Breyer .... basically everyone ever nominated but Kavanaugh and Thomas (and in Thomas's case, non-criminal sexual harrassment, not attempted rape)? Like, I dunno, maybe they NEVER DID THIS TYPE OF SHIT but Kavanaugh did? The accusations are at best troubling and don't seem made up. I highly doubt a woman went and planted seeds for her story in a therapy session 6 years ago so she could use it if this guy ever got nominated to the SCOTUS.
As for his voting record, again you really haven't even passed go on how the judicial system works. Love it when you guys say 90-something percent of his panels were unanimous. You realize that the DC Circuit isn't ruling on controversial Constitutional issues in most of the cases they hear, no? That most of their cases are administrative appeals that aren't the least bit controversial? Those are not the issue. My main problem with Kavanaugh comes from how he has ruled in actual controversial cases (one of which in particular I followed very closely, attended the hearings, and know the lawyers involved) and his writings on constitutional issues.
Of course, you probably think DC Circuit judges are reconsidering Roe v. Wade or US v. Nixon on a daily basis because you seemingly get your information from Breitbart.
